Delivered all five courses within a year, directly contributing to workforce capability building across Indonesia.
Katalis (IA-CEPA ECP Katalis) was a five-year government-backed program designed to strengthen economic partnership between Australia and Indonesia. As part of the program, select Australian RTOs were invited to develop e-learning short courses to support improved economic access and inclusive economic growth in the key areas of gender equality and social inclusion. The project required cross-cultural design, Indonesian-language adaptation and online delivery customised to international markets.
UNE Partnerships developed four short courses spanning medical administration, health care, tourism and digital skills. Our team drafted detailed storyboards, collaborated closely with the Katalis team through an iterative approval process, coordinated translation into Indonesian with approved translators, and built all courses in Rise 360. Each course was supported by preliminary work reports, structured rollout, and formal data-driven evaluation. When a participating RTO withdrew mid-project, UNE Partnerships was selected to take over production of their short course.
Over the course of nearly a year, UNE Partnerships successfully delivered all five courses, contributing directly to workforce capability building across Indonesia. The project showcased its ability to design contextualised, cross-cultural learning solutions, manage multi-stakeholder approval processes, and respond with agility when project requirements shifted.
