In this unit you will learn to lead and manage continuous improvement with a particular emphasis on the development of systems, the analysis of information to monitor and adjust performance strategies, and to manage further improvements within your workplace. As the work carried out at this level uses complex and diverse methods and procedures, considerable discretion and judgement will need to be exercised, using a range of problem-solving and decision-making strategies.
