Through this partnership, we have developed successive evolutions of specialist courses and qualifications designed to support the unique requirements of medical and dental practice managers, culminating in the contemporary Diploma of Professional Practice Leadership.

Our partnership with AAPM represents a genuine commitment to the medical practice sector, as we work together to offer a range of annual awards and scholarships to recognise exemplary performance and support the advancement of Indigenous Australians. Facility Management Association of Australia

UNE Partnerships has forged a strong working relationship with the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA), the peak body for one of the most rapidly professionalising service industries around the globe.

Recognising the unique challenges experienced by Facility Managers, we have worked with FMA to develop the Diploma of Facilities Management, which provides students with the opportunity to gain practical expertise and formal recognition in this diverse and fast-moving industry. FMA members receive a 10%* discount on standard full course enrolments. *Conditions apply.

We have also made a commitment to supporting FMA’s Indigenous Engagement Strategy, by providing scholarship places to Indigenous Australians from 2019.

NSW Rugby League: Women in Sport Leadership Program

In collaboration with NSW Rugby League (NSWRL), UNE Partnerships launched the Women in Sport Leadership Program in 2021 to strengthen development pathways for women across the sporting sector. Co-designed with senior players, coaches, and NSWRL executives, the program was created to address the barriers women face in accessing leadership roles and to provide a structured, high-quality training experience that supports their professional growth.

Now in its fifth year, this successful partnership continues to deliver a highly effective development opportunity for NSW-based sporting organisations. With 23 sports, or sporting organisations, a completion rate of almost 95%, NSWRL with UNE Partnerships has become a recognised model for co-building capability in coaching, administration, and management.
