  • The units in this short course form part of the Diploma of Facilities Management,* which students may chose to enrol in to further their career education. (* This course is not recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework).

Students upon successful completion of these two units in this short course will receive a Certificate of Completion.

People performance

Learn to manage the performance of staff who report to you directly. Apply your learnt skills and knowledge from this unit to meet the business objectives of your organisation, through developing and establishing key performance indicators, standards and measures and by using employee coaching and feedback mechanisms for performance management.

Budgets and financial plans

Learn to undertake financial management within a work team in an organisation. In this unit you will learn the skills and knowledge to plan and implement financial management approaches to meet the business objectives, support team members involved in financial operations, monitor and control finances, and review and evaluate effectiveness of financial management processes.
