Apply your learnt skills and knowledge to manage the work of others while operating within the parameters of a broader strategic business plan. You will be able to develop the required systems and procedures to monitor the implementation of the operational plan that will provide efficient and effective workplace practices within the organisation’s productivity and profitability plans.

BSBRSK501 Manage risk

This unit is ideal for those working in positions of authority, implementing change across their organisation. You will learn to manage risk in a range of contexts across your organisation, such as establishing risk context, identifying risks, analysing risks and selecting and implementing treatments.

BSBFIM501 Manage budgets and financial plans

Learn the skills and knowledge to plan and implement financial management approaches while supporting financial management within your organisation’s work team whose role involves financial operations, monitoring and controlling finances and reviewing and evaluating effectiveness of financial management processes. You will also gain an understanding of how to effective manage work team financial resources to be in line with the financial objectives of your team.
