Payden is a Maintenance Coordinator for the BGIS-Shell QC LNG project in central Queensland. He is a qualified tradesman with 10 years of experience as a building carpenter, and brings extensive experience in concrete repair, painting, difficult access and general building maintenance to his role in integrated property and service solutions.
Matt Osbourne, Account Manager at BGIS, has described Payden as a motivated and aspirational facilities manager.

Nicolas Burt, Chief Executive Officer of FMA, met with Payden at the FMA Conference Dinner.

This new annual scholarship aims to foster and promote continuing training and professional development for FMA members who are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. Each Scholarship will cover the full course fees for the Diploma of Facilities Management.

Submissions for the 2020 FMA and UNE Partnerships Indigenous Scholarship will open in March 2020.
