This unit provides the outcomes required to manage the continuous processes of service provision to support facilities systems and practices whilst remaining sustainable.
This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to undertake financial management in an organisation or work area. It includes planning and implementing financial management approaches and supporting and evaluating effectiveness of financial management processes.
This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to manage relationships with suppliers of larger or multiple smaller procurement activities, where the relationship is of some significance to the organisation. It covers managing procurement agreements, resolving disagreements with suppliers, finalising agreements, and reviewing the performance of suppliers.
