UNE Partnerships has teamed up with the University of New England (UNE) and Supporting and Linking Tradeswomen (SALT) to offer this contemporary micro-credential designed to help you to drive meaningful change within your organisation.

This micro-credential will provide you with the knowledge and skills to:

  • Identify various types of diversity
  • Articulate the importance and business benefits of diversity in the workplace
  • Design and implement practical strategies that promote workplace diversity and inclusion
  • Design and implement practical strategies that sustain diverse and inclusive workplace environments
  • Contextualise recruitment and staff retention strategies to a specific organisational context

This micro-credential will include two workshops and a range of activities for you to undertake within your workplace. You will be provided with a workbook covering the following topics:

  • Control (issues and barriers)
